Thermo-forming Bendable Hard Coating
FlexFormTM is the tack-less hard coating PMMA/PC, PMMA/ABS, PC, and PET substrates to be thermally formed (>200% elongation) with bent, curved, and complexed films or sheets. Thermally formed film is UV or thermally cured to provide a hard surface on the forming products.
Applications: Automobile bended/curved interior or exterior products

PMMA/PC (UV Curing) : Good adhesion/high hardness (H~3H @10mm coating thickness)
PMMA/ABS (Heat Curing) : Good adhesion/high hardness (H @20mm coating thickness)
